Location : Located at an altitude of 1767 meter
above the sea level, Mirik is 49 km from Darjeeling and falls in West Bengal
state of India.
Climate condition : Like Darjeeling, Mirik also has very pleasant
climate. Temperature in summers ranges between 10º C-25º C and in
winters it is around 5º C-12º C.

By Rail : New Jalpaiguri (88 km) is the nearest railhead
which is connected to all places of the country. From Delhi, Delhi-Guwahati
Rajdhani Express is best way to reach Jalpaiguri. From the station, taxis
and buses are easily available for Darjeeling.
By Road : Reaching Siliguri (80 km) first is the only
way to drive to Darjeeling via Kurseong (32 km). The drive is comfortable
and full of amazing view of natural landscapes of Himalaya.
