Detailed Itinerary
Get in to beautiful landscape of rare flora and fauna
Delhi-Bangalore-Nagarhole
(From Day 1st to 5th)
Late in the night, you will be landing in Delhi. At airport, our
representative will pick you with warm welcome. You will be transferred to
the hotel of your choice (booked in advance), you will stay there overnight.
In the morning (
2nd day), you will have ample of relaxing moments
which you can utilize by ordering foods like Indian, Italian, Chinese, and
Inter continental. In the noon, you will leave the hotel to explore Delhi
with your digital camera, your chief weapon. Historical places like India
Gate, Parliament, President House, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and Qutab Minar
will bewitch you with its un unique architectural beauty. Overnight, you
will stay at hotel.
In the morning of
3rd day, you will be flying to Bangalore, from
where you will take almost 3 hours drive to Mysore. The sightseeing tour of
Mysore will cheer you while being at places like Brindaban Garden and Mysore
Palace. You will be staying at Mysore in a hotel pre-booked by us.
Next morning (the
4th day), you will be driving to Nagarhole, which
is 96 kilometer far from Mysore. In the afternoon, Jeep Safari trip, with
its adventurous drive, will snatch all your laxity which you are having for
last 2 days. After a glimpse of wildlife view, you will spend your night at
a hotel at Nagarhole. Early in the next morning, you will begin discovering
the wildlife sanctuary in extreme by taking wildlife viewing and bird
watching tour. Nagarhole National Park possesses some very beautiful
landscape comprising gentle slopes and valleys. This is all weather park
rich in housing many of rare flora and fauna. The principal animals which
you will be encountering here will be Tigers, Cheetal, Elephant, Sambhar,
Deer, Panther and Sloth Bears.
The coracle ride in the river Kabini would present an exquisite view of
scenic forest. Watching different animals drinking and taking dip in the
river will be a kind of eye feast to you. After the hectic and charming view
of unmatched wildlife and excellent birding, in the night, you will be
staying at a wildlife lodge booked by us. Being at wildlife lodge will be a
good change for you out of busy and noisy city life. To let you have some
more wildlife thrill, we will be showing some wildlife films.

BR Hills-Bandipur-Ooty-Munnar-Eravikulam
(From Day 6th to 13th)
As the
6th day of your tour starts, you will be driving to BR hills
which will take you 6 hours to reach from Nagarhole National Park.
Afternoon, when you reach at BR hills, you will have enough thrilling
moments when you trek in BR hills, and get some gorgeous wildlife view.
After staying overnight at hotel, next morning (
7th day), you will
get up with pleasant bird's chirping to explore the Biligirirangana range of
hills full of wildlife spots. The cool breeze in the sylvan surrounding of
exotic BR hills will fetch some magic charm upon you. Overnight stay in
tents will be one of another luring and wonderful moment as it will fulfill
your craving to enjoy wildlife. While sitting around bonfire with all your
companion outside your tent, you will capture a heap of fun and lighter
moments.
In the next morning (
8th day) after having breakfast, you will
leave for Bandipur which is 4 hour drive from BR hills. After the lunch at
resort at Bandipur, we will be visiting wildlife sanctuary by taking Jeep
Safari. Our overnight stay will be at a wildlife resort. The whole next day
which will be 9th day of your tour, we will prettily be engaged eye
romancing with animals like Langoor, Jackal, Squirrel, Cheetal, Wild pig,
Barasingha, Sambhar, Nilgai, Black Buck, Porcupine, Barking Deer. Morning
and evening wildlife view and bird watching will enthrall you, and will
empty few of your camera rolls. The night will be spent at the wildlife
resort at Bandipur.
After Bandipur, the destination you will explore is Ooty, which will take
you 3 hour drive from Bandipur. After taking morning drive from Bandipur (
10th
day), you will arrive at Ooty, which is believed to be queen of all hill
stations in India. This place is one of the most popular picnic spots, and
tourist resorts. Afternoon, you will be relaxing, and enjoying the leisures.
Your overnight stay will be at a good resort at Ooty, which you will be
leaving next day, on
11th day for Eravikulam,15 kilometer from
Munnar.
Eravikulam is at the highest peak in Western Ghat, and houses a wildlife
sanctuary. After a small visit to the place, your overnight stay will be in
the resort. Next morning(
12 th day), you will be taking morning
visit to the park. This place will give you a pack of splendid glimpse of
various rarely found flora and fauna. Animals like Mountain Goat, Tigers,
Elephant, Sambhar, Barking Deer, Malabar Civet, Langoor, Python, and birds
like Imperial Pigeon, Grey Jungle Fowl will be worth enough to fire up your
jungle tour fascination.

Periyar-Kumarakom-Kochi
(From Day 13th to17th)
AfAter the visit to Eravikulam, in the afternoon (
13th day), you
will be visiting to Periyar, which is 3 hours drive from Eravikulam. Periyar
is widely known in South for its wildlife sanctuary, and attracts a large
number of wildlife tourist. This is an ideal place where you can watch
animals in its natural habitats. After a night stay at a hotel, next
morning, you will have ample of wildlife visit while enjoying boat cruise
which is the best option to take wildlife tour here. Animals like Elephant,
Gaur, Wild boar, Sambhar, and even Tigers can be spotted in the lake
drinking or taking a dip. You will take your overnight stay in the resort.
The 14th day of your wildlife tour in South will start with travel to
Kumarakom, which will take you 5 hours from Periyar. Day
14th and 15th,
you will be relishing your stay at Kumarakom which is a popular wildlife
center and hill station. After arriving here at noon, you will have enough
time to ease out your tiredness of journey as you will spend rest of your
time enjoying leisure. Next day, charged with desire to explore wildlife to
utmost, you will be enjoying back water cruise, and visit to bird sanctuary.
Panoramic backwater stretches at Kumarakom is quite bewildering which gives
a perfect place for Fishing, Boating, and Sightseeing. The backwater in
Kumarakom is turning into one of the most sought picnic spots and tourist
destination. After taking exhilarating Backwater cruise, in the evening,
visit to bird sanctuary will be boundlessely enchanting. The bird sanctuary
spread across 14 acres is located on the bank of Vembanad lake. This bird
sanctuary attracts thousand of migratory birds flying from several
countries. The main attraction of birds here are Cuckoo, Water fowl, Owl,
Egret, Heron, and Water Duck.
Your 15th day will finish with overnight stay at a resort at Kumarakom.
Next day in the morning, you will leave for Kochi, which is 3 hour drive
from Kumarakom. At kochi, you will be having full day sight seeing tour. The
sea sore of Kochi is said to be queen of the Arabian sea. Kochi will offer
you to explore several important places like fort Kochi beach, St. Francis
church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Vasco House, Dutch Palace, Hill Palace, and
Palliport Fort.
Overnight stay at Kochi will be the last night (
16th day) of your
South India Wildlife Tour. With your inmates and closet companion, it will
be time for you to preserve the all moments you have been capturing in the
last 16 days. Next morning (
17th day), you will be transferred to
the airport where you will be carrying your onward journey on.
